das 1 German-Netherlands Corps, ein multinationales Hauptquartier der NATO. Das 1 German-Netherlands Corps führt multinationale Einsätze und erfüllt teilstreitkraftübergreifend Aufträge. Das heißt, die Soldatinnen und Soldaten des Corps arbeiten im Verbund mit beispielsweise der Luftwaffe, der Marine und weiteren Organisationsbereichen der Bundeswehr daran, die Interessen Deutschlands, der Niederlande und der NATO zu verteidigen und unsere Bevölkerung, unsere Werte und unsere Zukunft zu schützen.
Zurzeit versehen Soldatinnen und Soldaten aus 12 Nationen ihren Dienst im multinationalen Hauptquartier. Sie leben mit ihren Familien überwiegend in Münster und Umgebung.
Die Aufgabe des Housing Office des 1 German-Netherlands Corps ist es hierbei, die internationalen Angehörigen bei allen Problemen und Herausforderungen zu unterstützen und diesen das Leben in einem anderen Land und in fremder Umgebung zu erleichtern.
Die gewiss bedeutendste Entscheidung für das Leben einer Familie in einer neuen Umgebung stellt die Wahl des Wohnsitzes dar. Daher ist die Unterstützung bei der Suche nach geeignetem Wohnraum für unsere Angehörigen eine zentrale Aufgabe des Housing Office.
Wir suchen
Mietwohnungen und Häuser in diversen Größen und Ausstattungen in und um Münster, um diese den Soldatenfamilien anbieten zu können.
So vielfältig unsere Soldatenfamilien sind, so vielfältig sind auch die individuellen Wohnparameter. Grundsätzlich sind wir an jeder Art von Wohnung oder Hausangebot interessiert. Gerne auch teilmöbliert, mit Deckenleuchten, Badmöbel, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, usw.
Aufgrund der generellen Verwendungszeit in Münster von durchschnittlich drei bis vier Jahren, bevorzugen wir Wohnimmobilien mit bereits vorhandener Einbauküche.
Wir bieten
Das Housing Office koordiniert Termine, begleitet bei Besichtigungen, dolmetscht bei Sprachbarrieren und bleibt wertvoller Ansprechpartner und Kontakt während der gesamten Mietzeit.
Das Housing Office begleitet und unterstützt selbstverständlich auch bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses bzw. Auszug. Das garantiert Vermietern eine geordnete und verlässliche Auflösung des Mietverhältnisses.
Unsere Angehörigen werden durch deren Heimatstaat nach Münster entsendet. Das garantiert Vermietern regelmäßig und zuverlässig Mieteinnahmen durch Zahlung der Miete seitens der nationalen Verwaltungen.
Unsere Angehörigen bleiben üblicherweise drei bis vier Jahre in Münster. Die Absehbarkeit der Mietdauer ermöglicht Vermietern eine hohe Flexibilität bei der Nutzung der Immobilie. Sofern der Wunsch auf Weitervermietung besteht, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch, dass wir eine Nachvermietung an neu zuversetztes Personal realisieren können. Das reduziert für die Vermieter den Aufwand und stellt für diese einen kostenlosen Mehrwert dar.

We are
1 German-Netherlands Corps, a multinational NATO headquarters. The 1 German-Netherlands Corps conducts multinational operations and executes joint missions. This means that the soldiers of the Corps work together with, for example, the Air Force, the Navy, and other branches of the German Armed Forces in order to defend the interests of Germany, the Netherlands, and NATO and to protect our population, our values, and our future.
Soldiers from 12 nations are currently serving at the multinational headquarters. They and their families live mainly in Münster and the surrounding area.
The task of the Housing Office of the 1 German-Netherlands Corps is to support international personnel with any problems and challenges they may encounter and making their life in foreign country and unfamiliar surroundings easier.
The most important decision for a family moving to a new country is undoubtedly the choice of where to live. Therefore, one of the Housing Office’s key tasks is to assist our personnel in finding suitable accommodation.
We are looking for
rental apartments and houses of various sizes and with various furnishings in and around Münster, so that we can offer them to military families.
Our soldiers’ families are diverse, and so are their individual housing requirements. We are interested in any type of apartment or house. Partially furnished properties are also welcome, with ceiling lamps, bathroom furniture, blackout options, etc.
Due to the average length of stay in Münster being three to four years, we prefer residential properties with a fitted kitchen.
We offer
The Housing Office coordinates appointments, accompanies at house and apartment viewings, translates in case of language barriers, and remains a valuable point of contact throughout the entire rental period.
The Housing Office also provides support and assistance at the end of the tenancy period and at move out. This guarantees landlords a proper and reliable termination of the tenancy.
Our soldiers are in Münster on behalf of their home countries. This guarantees landlords a regular and reliable rental income due to the fact that rental payments are made by the respective national administrations.
Our soldiers are usually transferred to Münster for a period of three to four years. The predictability of the rental period provides landlords with a high degree of flexibility with regard to the use of their property. If you are interested in a renewed rental of the property, it is very likely that we will be able to find new tenants. This reduces any trouble and is at no cost for the landlord.
